Berry Blast – is a healthy smoothie packed with loads of healthy goodness and refreshingly enjoyable to drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries (include other berries for variety)
  • 1/2 cup of Oats
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of Ice cubes

Steps:

  1. Combine ingredients in blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Drink 🙂
