Berry Blast – is a healthy smoothie packed with loads of healthy goodness and refreshingly enjoyable to drink.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Blueberries (include other berries for variety)
- 1/2 cup of Oats
- 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of Ice cubes
Steps:
- Combine ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
