At PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS we happily assist self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients achieve their health, function and mobility goals. Exercise Physiology (EP) can help improve many areas including balance, coordination and strength through individualised tailored exercise programs.
We can assist our NDIS participant clients with a wide range of activities including everyday tasks like getting in and out of bed or navigating stairs. We also have a big role to play in managing your pain. The plan that our Exercise Physiologists will design and implement exercises that will not only assist you now but also into the future, allowing you to experience the best quality of life possible.
In 2019, Exercise Physiology was included as part of the NDIS and specifically in the Improved Daily Living Skills category as well as the Improved Health and Wellbeing.
Our dedicated team of Exercise Physiologists are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies are proficient at providing a therapeutic and holistic approach aiming to improve function, movement, strength, coordination, flexibility/mobility and quality of life for NDIS participants.
We believe exercise is the best type of medicine to help both the body and the mind. Exercise physiologist can prescribe and deliver an effective and appropriate exercise program that can:
