Your health is always our first concern! Here are a few tips to keep you healthy and strong while you exercise:

  1. Perform exercise at moderate intensity at least 150 minutes a week. This can include walking, running, sports, gym exercises etc.
  2. Make sure you do adequate warm up before and cool down after exercise. Stretches are helpful too to maintain muscle length.
  3. Make sure you have proficient nutritional intake and sufficient rest.
  4. Make sure you have good footwear and clothing as you exercise.

It is normal to experience muscle aches after exercise. It should only last for a day or two. Make sure you give your muscles enough rest in this time. If the ache lasts longer than that, please reach out to professionals for further assessment.
