Connor studied a bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales. Connor has worked with a range of clients in various clinical settings including doing strength and conditioning programs for professional athletes. He has also worked with seniors aged 60+ years old to reduce their risk of chronic disease and improve their quality of life. He also has some experience working in a mental health clinic helping people of all ages improve their lifestyle to manage their mental health.

Meet Connor – Connor has a strong interest in sports playing a range of sports including rugby, soccer, cricket and volleyball throughout his life and now plays soccer for a local team. His training at university and in his sporting life has given him a strong understanding of exercise prescription which he is able to apply to all different types of people to improve their health and fitness.
