During the season, turmeric can offer you some amazing benefits. This spice is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and anti-bacterial properties. Turmeric also provides benefits to arthritis patients.
Ingredients:
- 120 g turmeric

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Nut milk bag or cheesecloth

- Squeeze the lemon either by hand or using a citrus press. Add the lemon juice into the bowl.
- Add to your blender or food processor and blend till smooth. If the paste is too thick, add a little more lemon juice or a little water

- Squeeze out all the liquid. You will get about 1/2 litres of fresh turmeric-ginger-lemon juice
- Store in a glass container. If you have little glass vials of around 50 ml, one would be your daily dose.
- Refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days. To keep them longer, you can add them to ice cube trays and freeze them.
