Exercise Physiology for Sports Injuries
Sports injuries are very common and something we see frequently at PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS. Treatment for a sports injury usually begins with physiotherapy yet as a multidisciplinary practice, we are proud to be able to offer a much more comprehensive rehab process with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists playing a key role in the later stages. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (EP) will support your sports injury rehab and provide personalised exercises to guide your recovery and get back to being your best!
