Unless otherwise specified, the following standard Terms & Conditions apply for Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers / Gift Cards:

  • A PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS (EP) client can only use one (1) Special Offer / Promotion / Voucher for a consultation
  • Are not valid for use when purchasing of products
  • Promotion discounts, or preferential pricing, is the amount ($) or percentage (%) off our standard fees
  • Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking
  • Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers can be gifted to family member, friend or colleague
  • Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with another offer (e.g. preferential rates for clubs, gyms, etc) yet can be used with health insurance claim rebates
  • PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS (EP) reserves the discretion during busy periods to allow clients to use Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers during non-peak periods. Non-peak periods are between 9:30 – 11:30am and 1:30 – 3:30pm. Please discuss with our team in advance if booking during peak times
  • Unless otherwise stated, specials and promotions are valid for 90 days of issue with no refunds
