Unless otherwise specified, the following standard Terms & Conditions apply for Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers / Gift Cards:

A PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS (EP) client can only use one (1) Special Offer / Promotion / Voucher for a consultation
Preferential pricing or Special Offer/Promotions/Voucher, is the amount ($) or percentage (%) off our standard fees
Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers
- - Must be mentioned at the time of booking
  - Can be gifted to a family member, friend or colleague
  - Can be used with health insurance claim rebates
  - Cannot be used in conjunction with another offer (e.g. preferential rates for clubs, gyms, CDM/EPC discounted rates, pensioner discount rates, etc)
  - Cannot be used when purchasing products
- - PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS (EP) reserves the discretion during busy periods to allow clients to use Special Offers / Promotions / Vouchers during non-peak periods. Non-peak periods are between 9:30 – 11:30am and 1:30 – 3:30pm. Please discuss with our team in advance if booking during peak times
Unless otherwise stated, specials and promotions are valid for 90 days of issue with no refunds
