I normally never write reviews however had to highlight excellent experience with the Lane Cove ProHealth Physio team following an ankle injury from netball. They were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and thorough throughout my recovery. Not only did they provide effective treatment and exercises tailored to my injury, but they also took the time to teach me how to strap my ankle properly so I could confidently manage it myself.
Their attention to detail, level of care, and commitment to getting me safely back on the court were outstanding. Thanks to their guidance and rehabilitation program, I was able to return to playing within a week. Without a doubt, this has been the best physiotherapy experience I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, personalised care.

Over the last Three years I have needed their services three time with different injuries. Great experience at Lane Cove ProHealth Physio. My physiotherapist Steven was excellent clearly explaining the cause of my condition and treating it accordingly. Steven is exceptional, he's very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. He has provided me with a physio exercise plan moving forward which I am already feeling the benefit of.
I highly recommend Lane Cove ProHealth Physio, the team including the owners Marc and Julie have been very personable throughout my visits, answering all my questions along the way.
Their fees are also very reasonable for this side of town.

I highly recommend Steven and the team at ProHealth Lane Cove. Steven is friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. My left knee was causing me some discomfort and Steven quickly worked out the issue at my initial consult. He worked with me to develop a series of exercises that complemented my fitness level and ability while addressing the problem. By the time of my follow-up, my pain was reduced and I continue to be very happy with the results. My knee pain was something I’d been struggling with for some time, so I can’t thank Steven enough!

I can’t recommend Steven enough. Bursitis in my shoulder was excruciating, with limited movement of my arm, having visited many physio’s as well as cortisone injections nothing helped. Within one week, Steven managed to put a plan in place that allowed me to move my arm again with significant reduction in pain, and start regaining strength. The staff are super friendly also, don’t look elsewhere. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Steven.

I can't recommend Steven from Prohealth Physio more highly. I am 6mo pregnant and was experiencing back pain. I walked in on a Friday with pain and by the following Tuesday the pain was completely gone. I feel very comfortable in the clinic and trust all the women's health advice and exercises I have been prescribed. I am shocked at how great I feel and how quickly I was able to gain strength and heal.

Connor is an excellent exercise physiologist. He helped me through my rehabilitation from a serious shoulder open heart surgery and helped me gain confidence to use my shoulder again. He was also extremely compassionate and supported me mentally through this difficult time in my life. There was some negative and habitual behaviours from the unfortunate journey that Connor was able to assist me unconditionally, beyond his duty of care. I would recommend him highly.

I had a wonderful experience at prohealth physio.
My physiotherapist was Valeria, she was highly professional and very skilled. She helped me to relief terrible pain in both arms caused by repetitive movements and constantly lifting my baby. She also showed me some exercises that have been helping me so I don't injure myself again. She was friendly and respectful. Her treatment was very comprehensive, I cannot do anything but recommend her.

I recently had my second set of sessions at ProHealth - different issues, with different physiotherapists (first time for shoulder, this time for mid-back). Once again I was very happy with the treatment received.

Steven was very easy going and took time to listen to everything I explained - type and level of pain, location, potential causes, what helped/exacerbated it etc - and treated everything methodically while adapting to things he noticed or things that changed during treatment. He also gave clear and simple instructions for the mobility and strength exercises, and after two sessions gave me enough info to self-manage my recovery (which has worked brilliantly).

Can't fault the clinic, resources and rest of the staff either - a great setup with friendly and helpful people.

Steven was able to diagnose my issue immediately. I thought it was a shoulder strain but it turned out to be a neck issue. He immediately addressed the issue and set me some homework. I'm back to 100% physical condition in just over 4 weeks and I'm out doing my fitness sessions, which I love - thanks buddy - highly recommend these guys and will be telling all my fitness friends about Steven and the group.
