Women of all ages can gain benefits from regular exercise. The benefits of exercise is significant not only for physical health but also mental health.
Women’s health issues can be complicated and difficult to discuss about, but here at PROHEALTH PHYSIO & FITNESS, we have created a comfortable and supportive environment so women can feel empowered and safe knowing that they are receiving the best individualized treatment.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists have completed a minimum of 4 years of tertiary education specialising in movement and the human body. Exercise Physiologist’s can will assist with women’s health related matters such as:
- Pelvic floor stability
- Pre and post-natal exercise
- Gestational diabetes
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Endometriosis
All these conditions can be treated through the wonderful medicine called exercise! Our Exercise Physiologists can develop a specific program to assist with the management of those conditions. They are equipped with extensive knowledge and skills and can provide advice about hormones, empowerment, nutrition and skills and knowledge.
