Great experience at Lane Cove ProHealth Physio. My physiotherapist Steven was excellent clearly explaining the cause of my condition and treating it accordingly. He gave me a realistic set of exercises to do and also gave valuable advice on how to improve my fitness based on my current level without causing further harm. Highly recommend.

I've been here about 5 times as I've been so happy with the service provided - Steven is my go-to physio - He is extremely knowledge, gives practical advice on how to handle the injury and more importantly helps you understand why the injury came to help prevent in future.

Steven is exceptional, he's very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. He has provided me with a physio exercise plan moving forward which I am already feeling the benefit of.I highly recommend Lane Cove ProHealth Physio, the team including the owners Marc and Julie have been very personable throughout my visits, answering all my questions along the way.Their fees are also very reasonable for this side of town.

Steven has been such a great help to me in managing my mobility issues! Having a skilled physiotherapist like him made a significant difference in my progress being diagnosed by back/neck injury and function neurological disorder. I highly recommend Steven and the team at ProHealth Lane Cove. Steven is friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. My left knee was causing me some discomfort and Steven quickly worked out the issue at my initial consult. He worked with me to develop a series of exercises that complemented my fitness level and ability while addressing the problem. By the time of my follow-up, my pain was reduced and I continue to be very happy with the results. My knee pain was something I’d been struggling with for some time, so I can’t thank Steven enough!

I can’t recommend Steven enough. Bursitis in my shoulder was excruciating, with limited movement of my arm, having visited many physio’s as well as cortisone injections nothing helped. Within one week, Steven managed to put a plan in place that allowed me to move my arm again with significant reduction in pain, and start regaining strength. The staff are super friendly also, don’t look elsewhere. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Steven.

I can't recommend Steven from Prohealth Physio more highly. I am 6mo pregnant and was experiencing back pain. I walked in on a Friday with pain and by the following Tuesday the pain was completely gone. I feel very comfortable in the clinic and trust all the women's health advice and exercises I have been prescribed. I am shocked at how great I feel and how quickly I was able to gain strength and heal.

I am very pleased with the excellent physiotherapy treatment I received from Steven for my lower back pains. He is knowledgeable and attentive and he provided me with excellent explanation how each exercise suited my needs. I had 5 physiotherapy sessions with Steven, and by the 3rd session there was already an improvement. Thank you Steven for helping me get better.

Connor is an excellent exercise physiologist. He helped me through my rehabilitation from a serious shoulder open heart surgery and helped me gain confidence to use my shoulder again. He was also extremely compassionate and supported me mentally through this difficult time in my life. There was some negative and habitual behaviours from the unfortunate journey that Connor was able to assist me unconditionally, beyond his duty of care. I would recommend him highly.I am grateful N thankful.God bless you Conner

I had a wonderful experience at prohealth physio.My physiotherapist was Valeria, she was highly professional and very skilled. She helped me to relief terrible pain in both arms caused by repetitive movements and constantly lifting my baby. She also showed me some exercises that have been helping me so I don't injure myself again. She was friendly and respectful. Her treatment was very comprehensive, I cannot do anything but recommend her.

Steven was exceptional with his industry knowledge and professional manner. He was able to diagnose my injury with ease. Steven was friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. I am now on the right track mending my ligaments and rocking my new accessory all thanks to him. ☺️ Highly recommended!

I recently had my second set of sessions at ProHealth - different issues, with different physiotherapists (first time for shoulder, this time for mid-back). Once again I was very happy with the treatment received.Steven was very easy going and took time to listen to everything I explained - type and level of pain, location, potential causes, what helped/exacerbated it etc - and treated everything methodically while adapting to things he noticed or things that changed during treatment. He also gave clear and simple instructions for the mobility and strength exercises, and after two sessions gave me enough info to self-manage my recovery (which has worked brilliantly).Can't fault the clinic, resources and rest of the staff either - a great setup with friendly and helpful people.

Steven was able to diagnose my issue immediately. I thought it was a shoulder strain but it turned out to be a neck issue. He immediately addressed the issue and set me some homework. I'm back to 100% physical condition in just over 4 weeks and I'm out doing my fitness sessions, which I love - thanks buddy - highly recommend these guys and will be telling all my fitness friends about Steven and the group.

Wonderful people and service! I have been seeing Evan, the exercise physio for treatment following an injury. He has worked meticulously with me to rebuild my capacity and manage pain. I feel that Evan truly cares for his patients and would definitely recommend Prohealth if you require similar services. Keep up the good work!

I have been seeing Steven during my shoulder rehab process. He has been fantastic! Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things/movements clearly, so that I get the most out of my sessions.The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!👍
